Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your e-mail box accounts and email campaigns. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a brand new email account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can forward e-mails from one email box to another, create email filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming email messages based on specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just choose the email mailbox account you wish to redirect emails from, then specify the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
